Molly Pitcher Brewing Company
139 W High St Carlisle
Molly Pitcher Brewing Company is a taproom and restaurant located in the heart of the town they love. They specialize in craft beers that they brew themselves and a food menu that was specially crafted to pair perfectly with their beers.
Named after town heroine, Molly Pitcher, who famously took her husband's place during the Battle of Monmouth in 1788, the Molly Pitcher Brewing Company started brewing craft beers in 2014 on the edge of downtown Carlisle. In summer 2018, they opened their taproom and restaurant on West High Street after outgrowing their original location, which was located alongside their brewery. Taking up multiple floors and offering outdoor patio seating as well as a rooftop deck, their historic building blends a modern industrial aesthetic with colonial charm in a comfortable atmosphere.
A rotating selection of their own Molly Pitcher brews fills their musket-shaped taps while PA wines, beers, and hard ciders offer plenty of choices to imbibe. Burgers and sandwiches, appetizers and salads, and their famous "Molly Tots" taste good enough to just come here for dinner, but what's the fun in that? They also offer music nights, private event space, off-site events, charity events, and fundraisers.
Limited off-street parking is available behind their building and is accessible via Dickinson Avenue off of North Pitt Street.
Molly Pitcher Brewing Company has a baby changing station on their second-floor bathroom, which is only accessible by stairs.
Please see their website or facebook page for the most up-to-date hours. Offering indoor dining, outdoor dining, and take-out.
