Denim Coffee is passionate about making quality coffee from bean to cup.

Denim Coffee Company really began when its founder started roasting coffee in his dorm room while he was still in college.  By 2011, Denim was a small start-up coffee roasting company in that same college town, focusing on creating better coffee through better beans and better roasting.  A few years later, Denim took that philosophy one step further by including better brewing and opened a retail coffee shop in downtown Carlisle.

Located right on the Square beside the courthouse, Denim has a full-service coffee and espresso menu all prepared using their own roasted beans.  They also have breakfast sandwiches, paninis, soups, sandwiches, and baked goods and have their beans available for purchase in store, making them a complete specialty coffee shop.  They also claim to have the "best seats in Carlisle", as you can sip your coffee while looking out their large windows, and this has become a very instagrammable spot for visitors to their shop.
