The  first space on the south side of the second block of West High Street  heading towards the Square is a designated handicap parking space. The space is directly in front of the Bosler Library.

About parking in downtown:

• Meters must be paid between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
• Rate is .75 an hour by coin or $1.15 an hour for credit card for silver short-term meters.  
• By pushing the green "okay" button on the meter before paying, you can get the first 15 minutes for free.
