The main entrance for the East Louther Street Parking Lot can be entered via East Louther Street beside 40 East Louther.  You can also access this lot via East Mulberry Avenue, an alley beside 44 North Bedford Street.   This lot consists of a mixture of reserved and metered parking spaces, and handicap parking spaces are available. 

• Metered spaces must be paid between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
• Rate is .75 an hour. 
• By pushing the green "okay" button on the meter before paying, you can get the first 15 minutes for free. 
• Reserved spots may not be parked in by the general public except after 4:00 PM on weekdays and over the weekends.
