Opened in 2010, Yoga at Simply Well is a welcoming to students of all levels from beginner to advanced.

Yoga at Simply Well prides itself in offering its students more than yoga--they offer them a community where they can seek living life in balance.  They offer a wide-range of classes each week, including yoga and pilates taught by certified instructors, prenatal yoga, and meditation.  Specializing in core and pelvic health, Yoga at Simply Well strives to help alleviate the symptoms of back pain and pelvic floor issues.

Located in a historic stone building, Yoga at Simply Well has beautiful hardwood floors and fireplaces.  They have mats, straps, hand towels, and other equipment available to use at no extra charge, and a changing room is also available.  They also offer virtual classes.

Off-street parking is available behind their building via Church Avenue.
